On another note, I just wanted to thank you for all the support and comments on my previous post with my Sketchbook Project. I was really touched by the response, it encouraged me to keep going, even if its a bit personal. I must say it felt good to do something that is completely fun and art for the sake of art.
And a thank you to The Sassy Pack Rat for featuring me on her blog today! Check out her blog and her etsy shop (she makes very cute penguins!)
The July collection for The Chicken Girl Design Digistamps is now available. The design team is coming up with some fun stuff, check out:

In related news, I will be off to the CHA trade show thats coming up in Chicago at the end of July, and will finally meet some of these ladies in real life. Also looking forward to educating myself in whats out there in the craft world. Its an unfamiliar world to me, and I'm hoping to know it a little bit better so I can come up with better stamps. Also a great excuse to go to Chicago!
Chicken Girl Design Digistamps May Collection now available at I {heart} Papers. They are 300 DPI line art, Greyscale, PNG files you can download for $2.50 each or $8.50 for the whole collection.

I will be rolling out a new collection every month, and what a great learning experience its been so far. Being more aware of the holidays/seasons and the way crafters think.
Happy Stamping!
My Chicken Girl Design Stamp Line is going digital! Today I celebrate the release of my first 9 digistamps at I {heart} Papers. It was fun to come up with some Easter and spring images. Its been nothing but snow for the past few weeks but its been freakishly warm this week. I've heard that Ann Arbor doesn't usually have much of a spring. Just the cold and all the sudden its summer. I guess we'll see.
Anyways, if you are not familar with digistamps: they are line art (non-colored), 300dpi transparent PNG files you can download and use for whatever personal projects you like. Check it out here as to how it works.
Each individual image is $2.50 or you can get all 9 images as a March Collection for $20. The clear polymer sets are still available, but once inventory runs out, thats it!
And if you need ideas as to what to do with these stamps, check out what these talented ladies are doing (aka The Chicken Girl Design team!):
Happy crafting!

In other news, I just spent my birthday weekend in Canada, (I'm actually still there right now!) but I'm heading home today. It was a lovely getaway but once I get back to my routine, I promise to have more fun posts here. Cluck cluck!
Winter is on my mind already because it is cold here in Michigan! No, I'm not a fan of the cold, but I think it keeps me alert and actually get some work done. So sometimes its a good thing.
Today I'm celebrating two new winter stamp set releases over at I {heart} Papers:

I'm quite excited about Halloween this year because I just might get some trick or treaters!! When I lived in New York, I was quite fascinated by the fact that kids went to the stores to go trick or treating instead. I never had anyone knock on my door (or was it because I was out and about?) Now that I live in a house in a small town, I'm looking forward to the kiddies. Signs of old age, maybe!?!
Have a good week, everyone! And oh yeah, hope over and check out my stamp line, ok?
I know I've been absent for a while...with the move happening in two weeks, its a little crazy here!
But some great news! I'm happy to announce that I'm having my very own stamp line! Exclusively through i {heart} papers, the first two sets will be released August 9th. I'll be revealing them then!
If you want a sneak peek, here are the talented stampers that make up the Chickengirl Design stamps design team (!!!), who will be posting their creations with my stamps this week:
