It's back to the woods with another step by step GIF. The experience of creating an entire landscape by one's self is uniquely satisfying - we illustrators do create our own little worlds after all.
PBAA members Anni Matsick (left) and Lisa Cinelli attended Highlights Founders Advanced Illustrators Workshop over Labor Day weekend September 1-5 and roomed together in one of the modern cabins. They're shown here in "The Barn," Highlights' new conference facility in Boyds Mills.
Faculty for the workshop were Suzanne Bloom, Melanie Hall, Lindsay Barrett George, Floyd Cooper and Caldecott Medal winner Eric Rohmann. Guest speakers included Vera B. Williams.
It's so fun to see you all. I recognized most of you from your pictures on the website.
I hope I'll make it there someday.
