The script that goes with the deer begs for analysis. Another read of what it says is “get this deer so your kid can practice killing it just like mom and dad do.” You might say this in your podcast (haven’t listened yet). Being a plush toy, it asks the child to cuddle with something the child will kill later. Creepy.
