1. A book of life, day 362 - Change

The key to change is to first accept who one is, to acknowledge the starting point and embrace it with open arms, not to run from it. Stop trying to get away, stop trying to block it out, accept that you are weak in a world where only the strong survive and then tell yourself how much you want to change that.
