Because I think this is one of the best, most important speeches ever made on race and empathy. On compassion and living in harmony with others. I hope that one day, Dr. King's dream will come true. Not only having lip service paid to it, but truly realized. That people of all colors will accept one another. I'm not talking about on the surface--I'm talking about fully and completely. No more self-segregation on all sides. I'm not singling out any one group here. No more of this immigration nonsense. One day, maybe all people really will judge others by the content of their character and not the color of their skin.
And now, Dr. King's speech. It's important, relevant, and says everything that needs to be said.

This is a blog about my journeys along the road to (hopefully) finding an agent and (eventually?) publication. And a little bit of everything else.
