To be a happy person, you have to be a whole person. To be a whole person, you must unite the mind and heart within. This creates an authentic self that does not doubt its identity. From the time you have been born, you have been under influence. Our world and culture to a great degree are built on INFLUENCE. But a deeper question you should ask is why you have not listened to your own INFLUENCE? Answer that question and you are on the road to inner freedom
You are a creature of thought, feeling and awareness. Stop a moment and feel the truth of this statement. If you do not then you are not ready for the gift it will bring. To gain your freedom, you must relate to what is free inside you. Your mind is not free. It is subject to reason and logic and they are of this world. But you heart is free, your imagination is free and they are both steps into the unlimited awareness of who you are. We heal when we are able to feel into this awareness.
The Gift of Vulnerability is that it causes you to question the reality you have created and gives you the possibility to create a better one. When you feel vulnerable, it is the soul and heart inviting you to come home.
The mind creates illusions from which we live a false life. The reason it is false is that it creates a life separate from the One Life. The mind is meant to serve the heart and soul and there in is true life. That feeling of something missing in our lives is the result of the mind or ego trying to be what it cannot.
