1. Sidetrack - Sherman Alexie Is My New Hero

Yet another amazing literary interview by Stephen Colbert. This time it's Native American author and National Book Award Winner Sherman Alexie who provides the awesomeness. I was riveted by the discussion of print versus digital media, in particular why Alexie refuses to make his books available digitally. Well worth a watch:

See, told you it was interesting. And that is why Sherman Alexie is my new hero. It's a sad day when authors and their works are no longer celebrated and appreciated. So, thank you to Mr. Alexie and Mr. Colbert for this interview.
