1. Greisinger Middle Earth Museum Opening

The Bernd Greisinger Middle Earth Museum had its sneak preview in September, the official opening for fans will be October 1, 2013 in Jenins Switzerland!  I'm excited to have four paintings in the collection.

I've been watching some of the videos on youtube and was able to spot a couple of my paintings.  One was for a Tolkien collector card I did of Legolas first sighting the Balrog.  The other was of Gandalf wielding his staff. The pictures are blurred since they are captures from videos.  I'll look for clearer photos to post later.

Legolas.
Gandalf is on the bottom left.  The one in shades of purple, of course!  It's wonderful to see my art up in this amazing collection, even if it's only a glimpse!
Toward the end of the video you can see the Gandalf painting on a gallery wall!  This was reported on Swiss Television.

There are a lot of articles on the Museum opening.  Here is a great series at LEGENDARIUM.
