It was a busy summer for us around here and it’s hard to believe that Fall is just around the corner. We decided to plants some jalapeno peppers and sunflowers and here’s the end result. The peppers were only supposed to be about 2.5″, but some were over 8″ in length. I also tried pickling them. Now we have jars upon jars in the fridge. 
Even one of our four-legged family members was busy this summer… she’s been called by the studios and companies wanting to use her for ad campaigns, etc. Here are a couple photos from one of her modeling shoots.
Big D and Little D were also called for a new show on Nickelodeon, but both changed their mind the day before the call-back auditions. They may end up doing other TV work down the road.
