1. Help "I'm Lost"

This piece is entitled "I'm Lost." Obviously this is a scene from Red Riding Hood. If you could please take a look and let me know of anything that could make this piece better I'd appreciate it.

This will become, I hope, the front of a post card to be sent to publishers to get my name out. I want it to look great!

I washed the background to really make the foreground pop. Does it lack something? I also tried kept the piece simple light and airy. Is it to boring?
