Khristian A Howell worked as a designer at Nordstrum when she first began reading Print & Pattern before going freelance and creating her own design studio and label. Today we have a celebration of New York stationery company Galison, who since 2012 have been part of the same company as Chronicle Books. We begin with a Geometric range created in house at Galison and follow on with designs by various artists. This new stationery collection from The Art File caught my eye this week at John Lewis. It reatures loosely illustrated lemons and pears with interesting textures such as dashes and scribbles laid on top. BY MAY is a Stockholm based design studio and brand founded by Johanna Örn and Maria Bergström. The duo are hugely inspired by graphic prints and playful geometrics and use them on stationery and homewares.
