When I first saw the thumbnail I thought of safety because of the way she was holding the cat...but now that I saw the larger view I can see the cat is scared to death! Poor thing! I really like this piece. It is real playful and created a motherly instinct from me...feeling lik I need to tell the girl to quit torching the cat.

What else can I say...Your work is just beautiful. You have adapted your characters to suit the theme and make it very original. Well worth the visit to your blog.

This is so perfect it makes me nervous! Just imagine how it feels to have a kitty digging into your thigh while you balance so precariously.

Hmm I wonder who was more scared? :) Our lizard (bearded dragon) loves to watch our dogs play. I always think that maybe he just wants to get down on the ground and play with them. I don't think they would like that though! Cute photos!

LOL Poor Bobo! My cat Griffin has been very upset. Its been thawing here on the prairie and everywhere he steps he gets his paws muddy! I've had to take him to the garage twice today just so he can relax and clean himself up! Haha Aren't cats the best?! Lovely illo! You show the emotions and movement so well! I think lightning is very hard to convey, you did an excellent job. Bravo!
