Publishers of all sizes will be busy this fall sending their authors and editors to partake of the fall book festivals celebrating books, authors, families and reading. Our annual list, which covers September through November, is jam-packed with 39, which includes the brand-new Atlanta Journal-Constitution Decatur Book Festival.
