What is the Ancient Wisdom? Ancient Wisdom is not to be taught for money! Ever! The Ancient Wisdom is a body of cosmic knowledge of God(infinity) and creation that has existed for eons. It has been in existence since time began, long before the appearance of any of today’s major religions…..

26. Milarepa – Revenge and Redemption

I just saw the movie made by Neten Chokling about the early years of Milarepa. It was fabulous, a truly well done film. If you do not know the story of Jetsun Milarepa, he was a sorcerer in his early years, having been cheated out of his inheritance by his uncle, his mother and he had to endure tremendous hardship. Abandoned by most of his family, his mother commanded him to learn sorcery in order to revenge the wrongs the rest of family put upon them. She said if he would not do so, she would kill herself. So, Milarepa set out to learn Black Magic, in his long journey in search of a master wizard, Milarepa met every kind of charlatans, who lied to him and cheated him of all his meager assets. Finally, he reached  Yontan Gyathso, to whom he told his sad story. Yontan Gyathso was moved to pity and taught the young man the way to create earthquakes; therefore he sent a terrible one to his enemies’ village, killing 35. But some days after a wandering hermit reported that the surviving relatives threatened to kill Milarepa’s mother and sister in revenge.

Then the wizard taught Milarepa the magic of the hail, that was immediately launched and destroyed all the harvests without provoking other victims. At this point the relatives surrendered to the magical power of Milarepa.

“Falling in a single mass, the hail, as thick as three layers of wall, hit the harvest and the valley. The whole mountain turned to streams and the people of the country, having lost their crops, sobbed.”

I have listened the explanations and commentaries of the Buddhist scholars of the amazing phenomena of Milarepa who from a murderer became a saint, reaching enlightenment and Buddhahood in a single lifetime. None of them made prefect sense, they danced around the human facet of the story. Milarepa was an ordinary person with extraordinarily strong mind and put in a circumstance where he had no choice but to make difficult choices. Would he have been a better person had he abandoned his mother hence avoid the Karma of murder but perhaps commit a worse act karmically? I doubt it. You see, the moral of the story of Milarepa is that none of us know the hidden secret of person’s karmic “bank account”, and how the choices they make, might incur good and bad karma at the same time. Murder is universally wrong but I would commit murder if I had to safe my daughter from harm. We are seldom in the position to clearly see the akashic records and the fabric of acts causing other acts, akin to dominoes falling. The story of Milarepa is an amazing one and teaches us to follow our heart no matter what happens and redemption is available to all, no matter what acts have been committed.

As the Ancient Wisdom paradoxically says; “If you must make a mistake, make a big one”.

27. The Magic of IHVH-ADNI

Jewish mysticism, the Kabbalah uses the tree of life, as symbolic tool to explain cosmology and understanding the qualities and nature of God and its relation to the Universe and mankind.

The tree of life has 10-nodes corresponding with different levels of consciousness of man.

Category: Sephirah:
Above-consciousness Keter-”Crown”
Conscious intellect Chokhmah-”Wisdom”

Binah-”Understanding”

Conscious emotions (Primary emotions:)

Chesed-”Kindness”
Gevurah-”Severity”
Tiferet-”Beauty”
(Secondary emotions:)
Netzach-”Eternity”
Hod-”Splendor”
Yesod-”Foundation”
(Vessel to bring action:)
10 Malkuth-”Kingship”

Rawn Clark, very eloquently describes the magical use of the IHVH-ADNI (which is the unspoken name of God).

He also managed to develop a set of mp3 files to help pronouncing and intonating the incantation. To learn more, please visit his site the Bardon Companion.

See under the heading; The Magic of IHVH-ADNI

In his course Rawn describes the mental images one needs to employ to take full advantages of The Magic of IHVH-ADNI, the three levels of magical speech and mental focus and will-power to create the appropriate visualization in accordance with the timing of proper breath and intonation.

  • Pronunciation, Tonality and Rhythm
  • Three-Part Magical Speech
  • Energetics
  • Applications

28. Mental Magic

“When you have reached a point at which you cannot see more, You must remember that there may be a point beyond this at which you can see everything.” Mehmet Karagoz

The cosmogony legend according to the ancient wisdom says that the Archangels created the planets and all there is from pure concentrated thought. If these high beings used the sheer power of their mind to make all there is, then it is conceivable that our mind is also capable of miracles.

Scientist researching the human brain and its capacity and their conclusion is that we use our mind not nearly its full power. Autistic savants have demonstrated super human capabilities in certain faculties.

Some scientists, like Allan Snyder of the University of Sydney and director of Centre for the Mind, believe that the potential to express multiple super-abilities is a universal trait, but is obscured by the normal functioning intellect, it is also believed that damage to the brain has somehow disrupted “normal” functioning and therefore allows the brain to manifest certain supernatural skills and abilities.

There are three main aspects of using our mind for the purpose of magic. All these will be examined in detail below;

  • Projecting, focusing something desirable in order to make this happen.
  • Interacting with others and the self, using suggestions or self-hypnosis.
  • Mindfulness where we are constantly monitoring our own thoughts, eliminating negativity, impurity and fostering positive, wholesome thoughts.

When we focus and concentrate on an outcome, and we do it properly and with perseverance that outcome is most certain to materialize unless there are karmic hindrances. Let me elaborate on this using my own life experience.

For ten years, I have played poker in high hopes that I could make a little money  when I get older to supplement my income and enhance my social life. I have studied, practiced for years.  Early on I lost money and I considered it “tuition fee”, but as time went by I had noticed something; perhaps I was not a great player but most certainly the most unlucky.

Of course, there were times when things worked out in my favor but overall I was jinxed. Later, after I’ve met my teacher and asked to have insight into this lost, ten years, it was revealed to me that in my past life, I had made my living cheating in cards in the Old West.  Clearly, there was some negative Karma in my karmic account.  I have realized that there was no way I would be able to become a positive expectation poker player.

There is just too much uncertainty in poker depending on seemingly random outcome we refer to as luck. It is a hard business for people with normal karmic past, but someone like me, it was impossible.

The producers of the DVD, the Secret and other sensationalistic publications about the “law of attraction” will not tell you this. Of course in normal circumstances the law will work, it always has and always will, but why not tell the whole story?

The danger is that people attempting to follow some variation of the Secret, and run into similar problem as I had, would lose faith in something that is an Universal Law.

Even when there is no karmic hindrance, practicing the Law of Attraction would have certain side effects and consequences which is not discussed adequately in any literature I have seen so far. This is called the “reverse blow”, it is like a boomerang thrown, upon conjuring up something, often there are consequences unforeseen.

You see, the Cosmos is not an ATM machine to get things we idly desire. One woman reported that using the Law of Attraction, in which she meditated and focused on getting a mink coat she always wanted.

When she finally received the coat, hence her projection resulted in positive outcome, her husband received a transfer to Egypt and in a few months she was touring the Giz

29. The Franz Bardon Self-Initiation Course

The Young Franz Bardon

In the olden days the when the aspirant wanted to learn about the mysteries of the Universe, he had to find a Guru or attempt to join a mystery school. Either way the course of learning always included several steps of initiations* as he moved foreward in leaning. Now, this is not available, as real Gurus or mystery schools do no exist. However, the next best thing is available, the Bardon Self-Initiation Course.

Franz Bardon was a mysterious teacher of high-magic, the practical applications of the occult and esoteric knowledge. We have only a few details of him and who he really was. For example, we know very little about the lineage of his teachings. We know nothing about by whom or where he had learned all that he knew! Some people say that Bardon’s father wanted so much to learn about the esoteric that he asked his son to be “overshadowed” by a benevolent and “old” soul, which did occur when the child was six months old. At any rate, the purity and exactness of Bardon’s teaching is very refreshing in the jungle of esoteric books that are not all that practical – high on terminology and theories but very short on practical advice.

The few facts that we know are as follows; Franz Bardon was born in Czechoslovakia in 1909 and that he died in 1958. He was the first of 13 children and an only son. During his young adult years, Franz worked as a stage performer under the name “Frabato”. According to all reports, he was one of the few such performers who not an illusionist.

The name “Frabato” is interesting. Bardon attended public school in Opava, and after that apprenticed as a mechanic. His stage name was “Frabato,” which is an abbreviation of Franz-Bardon-Troppau-Opava.

Certainly parallels exist between Bardon’s system and other important esoteric systems of practice throughout the world, but where Bardon’s ideas originated has no real bearing upon the fact that his system has been proven to work.

His  three books are as follows;

The first book by Franz Bardon to be read is “Initiation Into Hermetics”, known in the original German edition as “Der Weg zum Wahren Adepten”.

Bardon’s second book, “The Practice of Magical Evocation” is quite unique, with so many books written on magical evocation, you best forgetting all you have read and read only this book.

The third and final volume in the series by Bardon is “The Key to the True Quabbalah” (published in 1957). At least this is the last completed and published piece. A partial manuscript of a fourth book was later printed as an appendix to “Frabato” and it is also rumored that there once existed a manuscript for a fifth volume concerning Alchemy, but the latter was lost when Bardon was arrested by the communist government of Czechoslovakia.

It must be said that all three books of Bardon must be carefully read and re-read before the aspirant will systematically follow all the exercises described upon. I would say the span of time is based on the aspirant’s allotted time to spend on this endeavor and his spiritual and esoteric level especially in the areas of meditation and mental focusing.  It is also highly advised that before you even purchase any of the Bardon book’s you would read the Bardon companion book written by Rawn Clark. The companion book will help and speed up the progress of initiation. Thi

30. Holistic Health

What if I told you that you can avoid deseases and stay healthy without medicating yourself ?
You might not think this is possible, but I kindly encourage you to read on. Wellness is mainly a frame of mind. Most illnesses come from the psyche, when a virus attacks or infection would spread from bacteria, some of us would seem immune to infection while others get sick. This is because some of us think with clarity and purpose and we will away disease.

Of course, I’m not proposing to avoid doctors or modern medicine entirely. This would be irresponsible. With the same token I warn you to take every advice you hear from a doctor as the gospel. They are just people, with flaws and follies, ask for a second opinion. Be critical in evaluating remedies from doctors, especially medication. Doctors love to prescribe medicine, it is because pharmacies wield great influence among doctors. There is an unholy alliance between Big Pharma and the AMA i.e. the medical establishment.

Take medication when all other venue fails. Google and research every prescription you take and research the side effects and dangers in taking that medicine. This is especially important with chronic medication, that you suppose to take for life. For example blood pressure medication can sometimes be replaced by Niacin (vitamin B). Niacin is often less dangerous and intrusive as the medication prescribed by the great doctor.

Alleviate stress from your life. Stress is the number one killer in the rat-race we turned our society into. Stress can cause heart problems, hypertension, cancer etc. Slow down. Look around, enjoy life. Use holistic approach to health and nutrition.

Holistic Medicine is a term used to describe forms of therapy that aim to treat the patient as a whole person. Instead of treating just an illness, holistic forms of medicine look at the individual’s overall mental, physical, and emotional well being.

Practitioners who believe in holistic principles, treat the symptoms of illness, but also look for the underlying causes, and attempt to prevent illness by putting the emphasis on overall health. Each person’s body is seen as a series of interdependent parts, and illness is due to an imbalance in the body’s systems. Holistic therapies are used to help return the body to its properly balanced state in a noninvasive way, without the use of pharmaceuticals. The following are the ideas one can seek for better health.

Acupuncture

Developed over 2,000 years ago in China, acupuncture can help to cure diseases and relieve pain. It involves inserting very thin needles into specific locations, or “meridians” on the body through which the life energy, “qi,” flows. This practice therapeutically manipulates circulation.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy involves the use of “essential” oils that are extracted from plants, flowers, herbs, and fruits to directly stimulate the brain through the sense of smell. These plant oils are used to affect the physical and psychological wellness of the patient. The oils are also used as massage oils to be absorbed into the skin and the bloodstream. In this manner, they can promote healing and a sense of well being for the entire body through a calming, soothing, and stimulating feeling, which helps to rebalance the systems of the body.

Art Therapy

Art Therapy involves using art materials, like paint, chalk, clay, or markers, to create a visual representation of emotions and thoughts. It combines traditional psychotherapy with psychological aspects of the creative process.

Aquatic Therapy

Aquatic Therapy is physical therapy that is done underwater, often in a heated pool. Warm water provides an easier environment for exercise. It reduces body weight by over 90% and decreases impact and stress on the joints. The physical properties of the warm water help patients to heal by relaxing the muscles and allowing them greater mobility withou

31. How to Fight your Daemons

Liber Novus (The Red Book) from CG Jung

Liber Novus (The Red Book) from CG Jung

We all had them. Addiction to cigarette, food, sex, or chocolate; you name it. How you fight physical and physiological addiction is not easy. Even being spiritual or walking on this path, as I prefer to say, is not enough. There is stress all around us, meditation may not be enough but it is the best and only tool for developing self-discipline.

It was Carl Jung who believed that the psyche can be healed and controlled by some level of spiritual involvement.

When there is the need for short term pleasure in the brain, from food or alcohol, we can gather strength from our higher self, which is ever present and ever guiding. The short term physical need for the fix thereby is overridden by understanding of moderation and healthy lifestyle is the long term gain trumping the short term benefit of the pleasure seeking brain. But how do we do this? It is simple, you must be in control. When the brain dictates you how to live, then your sprit is not in control and your body suffers. First off, you must be void of destructive tendencies or acknowledge them if they are present.

All destructive and addictive behaviors have an element of self-destructive tendencies.

Neural Linguistic Programming (NLP) or mesmerism (self-hypnosis) could be used to reprogram your brain to associate pain with overeating (or over drinking, or indulging in drugs, sex or any other destructive addiction). When we live our animalistic lifestyle we have associated the addictive behavior with pleasure. We must break this link, and associate the right values with indulging, PAIN. This is the only way to regain control of your life.

Jung once treated an American patient (Rowland Hazard III), suffering from chronic alcoholism. After working with the patient for some time and achieving no significant progress, Jung told the man that his alcoholic condition was near to hopeless, save only the possibility of a spiritual experience. Jung noted that occasionally such experiences had been known to reform alcoholics where all else had failed.

Rowland took Jung’s advice seriously and set about seeking a personal spiritual experience. He returned home to the United States and joined a Christian evangelical Re-Armament movement known as the Oxford Group. He also told other alcoholics what Jung had told him about the importance of a spiritual experience. One of the alcoholics he brought into the Oxford Group was Ebby Thacher, a long-time friend and drinking buddy of Bill Wilson, later co-founder of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). Thacher told Wilson about the Oxford Group, and through them Wilson became aware of Hazard’s experience with Jung. The influence of Jung thus indirectly found its way into the formation of Alcoholics Anonymous, the original twelve-step program, and from there into the whole twelve-step recovery movement, although AA as a whole is not Jungian and Jung had no role in the formation of that approach or the twelve steps.

Addiction usually torments the patient until the patient sinks to a low point. This is the bottom, where he or she faces the abyss. At this point he/she must make a determination to turn back and fight or to give up and perish. Either choice is acceptable, as in life we are free to make the choice. Our decision making process however is influenced by loved ones and family and friends. If the patient has nobody, often he will succumb to the illness and perish.

We are herd creatures after all these millions of years. We need each other.

32. Far Memory

cover of the first edition

cover of the first edition

This is the word that keeps coming up when people who are mystically predisposed contemplate their prior incarnations and past life’s*. To remember a past life, one must be advanced enough in esoteric matters to understand and be able to carry the added burden of knowing other life’s, seemingly distant, yet reflecting upon your very own spirit. Was it really you in spirit, who committed that act that was done by a different soul, who is actually you? Or is she? We were everything before; men, women, white, non-white, straight and gay, gentle and not so gentle, murderers or at least spectators to murder…

Joan Grant wrote a great novel, the Winged Pharaoh on reincarnation. You see, she was a reincarnationist, and that made her a history buff, a lover of the ancient past, Egyptian, distant civilization. Grant rose to unexpected fame upon publication. The New York Times reviewer hailed it as “A book of fine idealism, deep compassion and a spiritual quality pure and bright as flame’” a sentiment echoed in countless reviews the world over.

It was told by Grant, after she had travelled to Egypt, with the archaeologist Leslie Grant, that she found, when she held a particular scarab to her head, it transported her back to first-dynasty Egypt in the person of a female pharaoh called Sekeeta. In her autobiography, Far Memory, published in 1956, she reiterated that it was her training as a priestess in this Egyptian lifetime that developed her ability to recall other lives.

When you meet an old soul, usually there is a hint; the unexplained love of history and archeology, or even antiques; why is that certain people are drawn to old things, in general and in most cases specifically to certain eras in the human past? I, for example always had a vivid attraction to Roman era’s and to WWII. Other segments in human history were also alive in me, but these two eras have an especially strong draw. Not all people on this Earth are what some call, “old souls”. There are many, but for the most part we have young souls, one or two incarnations. Most live with this hidden and suppressed knowledge, like it was not there.

Many people who are old souls, have no clue of their past, all that is within them, in the akashic records, the tittles and jots, all acts that mattered and even thoughts, are kept forever. The reason for this, the systematic lies, obfuscation of the Truth, the aberration of the Christian faith.

The higher ups along with Constantine took all the Ancient Wisdom, the traces of the truth in the Gnostic past and wiped them all out. They systematically erased the facts of the true message of Jesus, the real agenda of his teaching, the sacred, inner destiny of men – replaced them with some phantasmagoric idea of spilled blood will save mankind, and the divinity of Jesus, the fear of Hell and striving for their bizarre notion of Heaven. Anyone who stood in their way was murdered, silenced or claimed to be a witch. Karma and Reincarnation was erased from the minds and vocabulary of the masses.

Of course, Karma – the law of cause and effect and reincarnation, the transmigration of souls, could explain a whole lot of the unexplained questions the church have been unable to provide to the masses, satisfactorily.

Questions like, “why are we here?”, or “why is god doing this to me?” should be self explanatory in the context of the Ancient Wisdom. Naturally, God is not doing anything to you; IT (not a HE or SHE) never did and never will. You are doing it ALL to yourself. You are here, in this snapshot of self, to learn ONE LESSON. This lesson is stemming from your past, most recent life. If you fail this
