Hi. I'm an architect from Vancouver Canada with passions/past-times that include drawing, making music, sustainable buildings and sustainable food production. Recently my writer/video producer wife and I wrote and illustrated a book for our grandchildren. That started something (as did the desire to wind down our stressful jobs), and now we have several more book ideas as well as writings and drawings in the making that we plan on producing.

Undoubtedly there are many JacketFlappers who are or will be producing children's books about adoption. One of our children was adopted from the Philippines and is now 23. She, my wife and I are at the beginning stages of working out our thoughts about that journey, and how it might be made into a (hopefully worthwhile) film.
