I am a novice writer. I like poetry, non-fiction and children books. I draw my own pictures. I have my own logo. I am a mother of two girls one 24 and the other 6. I have a grandson and son-in-law. I live in Plant City, Florida. I am a disable veteran from the U.S. Army and I really don't like talking about my time in the military. I draw my Pension. I one want to be a published writer.I have wrote several books. My favorite is my non-fiction of "Jesus carried me while I wore combat boots." I write poetry for occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, laughter, and just to be writing them. Most of my poetry is non-fiction. I write a lot of different things. I have spent time at a writers convention. I like being around people that like writing and things. I like to draw cartoons because that is mostly all I can draw. I am self taught. My writings if from my heart and are educational. I don't like to feel like I am wasting anyones time. I want to be a published writer. I think I need help. I have been trying for about five years with nothing but let downs. I still want to be a writer.
