I am a former Russian journalist who was lucky enough to create articles in the short period of time when it was possible to write the truth - after Iron Curtain dropped and before all independent mass media has been forced to close. It was the golden time for the journalism when our newspaper has been selling in fifteen minutes every morning so eager people were to learn the truth. I was Head of Political department in our local newspaper (serving 4 millions community) for three years. I became school book editor later - and then I moved to America. Accommodation took quite a few years - to learn English, to understand what makes people laugh in this country, to jump on the last wagon of high tech boom - and to explode with it, to find high tech work some years later and to use those years to create a new baby. Well, as soon as I got a little bit of spare time I wanted to write again! I am writing plays for our small theater studio. I also started to write a novel. Looking for a friendly support from the writing people, meanwhile enjoying blogs reading.
