I'm on page 28 .. .but thought I'd leave ya with a couple of comments.
I totally and completely love the story so far and love how you've tied both of the times together. I like how there is an essence of immediate time travel between Zoey's journal and that of Prudence already! It's ... more

For some reason I wasn't able to leave a message on your LJ, but I wanted to say how sorry I am to hear about the horror you went through on your house. That sounded awful and scary at the same time. I'm glad that everything worked out in the end though and thank God your office was left untouched... more

As soon as I have it in hand I'll have it read in two hours or less and then I'll pop in and tell you most likely how "great" it is. :) Mom ordered it today.

You know I had to respond! LOL. Yeah, I tend to find that reading them is easier than writing them though . . . haha. I'm not quite sure I know how to write romance yet . . . not that well anyway. LOL.
Comment by Ashley Pasco on 4/11/2007 at 1:19 PM:
Awesome! I've been known to read a few YA romances. It's nice to know you are still writing. I'm looking foward to reading Zoey. :)
Comment by Candie Moonshower on 4/10/2007 at 9:07 AM:
Ashley, I am still writing. My agent is shopping a book now, and I just finished a YA romance. I'm contracted to finish a biography by June 1, so that's got most of my attention! Looking forward to your thoughts on ZOEY! XO C.

:) Glad I was able to make your day. You are soooo right about YA novels being well written and great reads. That's pretty much all I've been reading here lately, honestly. I really enjoy them. I read the info on your book to my mom today and she thinks it sounds interesting too. My b-day is ne... more

Candie,

Your book is definitely on my "To Get" list. You caught my attention with historicals and time travel. Time travel is always a great hook for me as a reader. So, you've also got me hooked. :)

Hey Ashley! I'm glad to hear you heard of a good review of THE LEGEND OF ZOEY! If you like historicals or time travels, or know of anyone who does, please read it! It's a fun Tennessee-based time travel. SMILING! XO Candie

Thanks Candie :) Oh btw, I do believe I've heard of your novel somewhere. But, my memory fails me at times, LOL. I cannot remember where but I have heard of it. And I heard a really good review on it too.

The problems have been fixed... friend away!
Comment by Tracy Grand on 11/20/2006 at 9:47 AM:
The problem is when both people have invited each other as a friend before either has had a chance to reply to the other's invitation. We're fixing it as we speak!

I just sent a note to Tracy - I tried to invite you again and received an error message. I think we've hit a bonifide bug. We'll get it figured out!
