In the words of Linda Creed in the song 'The Greatest Love of all' (made famous by George Benson) - "I believe that children are our future; teach them well & let them lead the way; show them all the beauty they posess inside...." This is what inspires me to write for children. Many years ago when my son was a toddler, I became involved in theatre in education and at that time, my method of writing was scripts for the productions that I directed and performed in. Writing for children has always been in my heart, but lack of self-belief & the need to earn a consistent income kept my passion well buried. 3 years ago I was blessed with a grandson who has resurrected this passion and I've now written the first book I believe is worthy of publishing and sharing with the world.
