The parallel importation of books is a shocker - why destroy a vibrant publishing industry which ahs taken 50 years to establish that takes Australian literature to Australians and the world? It's not good for the economy either Mr Rudd.

Woo hoo! I have 2 stories short-listed for the Charlotte Duncan Award (Celapene Press). I have also had my application to the Gold Coast Council's 'Write That Book' series of workshops with Louise Cusack accepted. There were 60 applicants and only 16 places, so I'm very pleased with myself. Thanks f... more

The book for 8-10 yr olds I had published was one of the Trekkers series published by Macmillan back in 2005 (or maybe 2006). sorry, I just rereda your message.... The exhibition's being held at the Logan Art Gallery. It's open every day except Sundays and Mondays. Open from 10am-5pm.
