Greetings, I have a B.S. in Business Management and am an aspiring entrepreneur. I live both in the city and in the country, having a large family farm. I have a diversity of thirty-five years experience in Education, Medical, Legal, and Business. My writing for children comes from my backgrounds in Elementary Education, Children's Literature, and Nursing. I have a diverse collection of creative interests and have continued to educate myself with those that appeal to me. I am a violinist and a fiddler, I read music and play by ear. I love learning! I am inspired with new ideas and have completed a new book that is ready to submit. I was blessed to win a scholarship for an essay I entered from the National Military Family Association and used that to complete an Advanced Course for Select Students at the Institute for Children s' Literature. I have already started new projects and am working on my website. I am always in the process of querying markets hoping to break into print and see my work published, I know the difficulty... Anyway, I will continue to write my stories and hope that anyone who has the chance to read them will enjoy them as much as I enjoyed creating them.
