I am a whimsical illustrator who is open for work. I'm am also a children's book Illustrator who has recently completed her first series of book. The illustrations I created are a full burst of energy and activity. The vibrant colors I used are inspired from old animation cells, where bold colors and thick lines define the images. Composition helps reinforce the kinetic flow of the gestural figures I use to give emotion to a scene. My work is driven by children and their imaginations. As the eldest grand baby of eleven (even mixture of boys and girls), I am still constantly playing house, dolls, cars and games with normal and medically disable children who are full of creativity. Their whimsical free minds are wonderful tools that shape them and fuel me to create something altogether thrilling for them. My goal as an artist is to help children think of reading as a great adventure and bring that adventure to life with my images with subject matter that displays children or animals entreating together through dance, play, and in a colorful world.
