Once a time long ago in 1983, when I was nine years old, I lived in central London for a full summer, and moved and travelled south around the countryside managing to venture close to Surrey. Though I never stayed in Godalming, it was a distant inspiration for me these many years later to write about it in my recent series that is partially based on my life. hey brett. ive been looking at your work and its amazing, you're very talented. i wanted to get in contact with you. i think you were good friends with my mum years and years ago. anyway she was talking to me about the old days, and that you did a terrific painting of her in a grey coat and aeroplanes in the background? anyway she loved it and i know it means a lot to her. i wondered if you still had it?? would be amazing to see it. i understand you probably dont but i was just interested to get in contact, i love art, ive been studying it for years and want to persue a career as an artist.
