Hi Maurie, I love your work and you inspired me to upgrade my version of Painter. Is that a Wacom "draw-on" screen tablet I see on your website? Very Cool!

I first came across your work in the SCBWI site and have been a fan ever since! Your drawings are so beautifully expressive... You're an inspiration!

Your work is wonderful! I really enjoy your books. We live in NH as well, ..no phones ... flooded family room, roads closed.... with a little opening at one end of our street. Hopefully Maryann will be freed up soon! I can't draw today... too sore from all that bucket hauling.
Comment by Janee Trasler on 4/16/2007 at 9:17 PM:
Hi Maurie! I love the image you chose to crop for your icon/avatar. Great expression!

Hi Mo- If I don't get off this computer- I'm never going to get anything done! NH is flooded- We live in a river town-So I can't leave my house- roads are closed. SO I have no excuse- I should be working! Love your stuff- but you know that!-Maryann
