Dawn M. Phillips is a children’s book illustrator and inspired author. Her resume includes over 12 illustrated titles to her credit. She graduated Universal Technical Institute majoring in Graphic Art/Illustration, University of Nebraska at Omaha with an Associates Degree in Fine Art with additional courses in Electronic Visual Imaging, and Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing Management.
