Susan attended a liberal arts college when she was young and acquired a "Renaissance soul." In the past 12 years she's worked as a counselor, program director for a homeless project, teacher, speaker, author, songwriter and musician. Did we mention her main roles as a wife and mother?

Her personal interests are animals, law, politics, adoption and foster care issues.

She is an ordained minister with masters level training in counseling and administration coupled with years of professional experience as a counselor. Additionally, Susan has a doctorate in Christian Healing Ministries.

Much of her counseling experience has been working with those who struggle with addictions, codependency, sexual abuse and mental health issues. In addition to formal training in counseling, Susan has specialized training in prayer ministry from Elijah House, a faith based organization dedicated to inner healing and restoration. Susan lives in Alabaster, Alabama with her husband John who helps her in ministry with singing and musical arrangement. Their blended family includes John (28), Annie Nell (22), and Ashley (15). Oh, and we don't want to forget her lovable canine creatures--Jena and Chelsea.
