My name is Sherry Chen and I am a children's book illustrator residing in San Diego, California. I enjoy spending my time with my daughter and our dog Fur Fur and working from my home studio.

I have over thirty plus years of experience as an artist and illustrator starting from my native country China. My artistic background is broad and my credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Book Design and Illustration and a Master degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in Printing-Making. My experience includes teaching art at the San Diego Miramar College, illustrating children's books, and publishing artwork with magazines and art publishing house. I am also a member of the SCBWI.
