I am the creative director/partner for an internationally licensed fashion brand called 'Pampered Girls.' My husband and I are the two principals of what used to be a middle sized graphic design firm but we gave it up to focus more fully on Pampered Girls. The brand is growing rapidly nationally and internationally. We currently have two licensed Pampered Girls stores; in Tokyo and Kyoto to go along with over 40 licenses!

Even though I've been a creative director in commercial art for many years, and it is wonderful work, I am looking for new avenues to explore. I love children's books and I hope to illustrate/design children's books and covers in the near future. I've done many illustrations for children's text books -- but they don't count!

From my earliest childhood days I always knew I would be an artist. It seems like everyone in my families' history are artists. I moved frequently as a young girl and was lucky enough tolive in different parts of the world. I was born in Berkeley, was educated in Bangkok, then I spent a year in high school in Hong Kong, then I moved to Hawaii where I completed high school and began university. From there I moved to Pasadena where I attended Art Center College of Design. I earned a full scholarship and graduated with honors.

I am now very happily living in Los Angeles with my husband, son, dogs and cat. I love L.A. It's an inspiring place full of talented people and fascinating job opportunities.
