I'm a grandmother, mother, wife, friend, sister and coworker, who dabbles with many interests, reading, knitting, sculpture, hiking, movies to name a few. Recently I've added narrating. Because I'm too far away to read to my granddaughter in person, I've begun recording myself reading and sending her the cd along with the book. It's been a big hit. Apparently my voice sounds better than I would have expected, as several others have commented favorably as well. It's been suggested that I pursue this as a career. Wow. Where would one begin? Perhaps someone at JacketFlap could steer me in the right direction. Couldn't hurt to try.
