I have a lot of roles in this life, but the three most important are wife, mother and teacher. I married my high school sweetheart in 1993 and have been blessed with three beautiful children. Two girls and a boy. My children and my students provide me with tons of much needed inspiration for my stories. I have written two children's books to date... Up to now, I have not published any.. I have great visions for the illustrations of these books, but I need someone to help in that department.
I tried sending copies of the first book without much research behind the right way to solicit a publisher. Of course after the first 7 letters saying, "Thanks, but we aren't accepting new material at this time," I started doing more research into the process.
Now, I found this wonderful site and am inspired that all hope is not lost... M.
