Lyn Sirota is an active member of her local and national Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI). Her publishing credits include articles and poetry in Highlights, Wee Ones, Saplings, Boy’s Quest, Hopscotch, Ladybug, Spider, Dragonfly Spirit, Moo Cow Fan Club, Holiday Crafts 4 Kids, Fandangle, Cecil Child, Stories for Children and Inspiration Station magazines.

Lyn has written four books for Pearson Education titled: Your Own Dog, The Zoo Crew, A is for All and Aquarium Fun. She also wrote an issue (K-6) for Science Weekly on How Birds Fly. Work in progress is a middle grade science book on Wildfires.

As a graduate of the Institute of Children’s Literature, Lyn has also been accepted into their advanced writing program. Lyn resides in central New Jersey with her husband, two children and three furry rescues. For more information about Lyn, please visit her website at:
