About Irene
My debut midgrade historical novel LEAVING GEE'S BEND was released by Putnam 1-7-10! So far the journey has been AMAZING, thanks, in part, to all the wonderful writers I've had the pleasure of getting to know in the Class of 2k10, the Tenners, and beyond. I live in Birmingham, Alabama, with my husband and three sons.
