About Felice
I was born and raised in Davenport, Iowa. I graduated from high school in 1972 from Davenport Central High School.
I joined the Navy out of high school and served from 1972-1975. I was in Naval Aviation. I also served in the Army Reserve, National Guard and Navy Reserve.
