I've been writing since I was a little girl -- nothing ever made me happier. Professionally, I'm a former journalist who worked for an IT trade publication for more than five years, but as I tired of the industry I took a leap into the world of publishing. I got a contract job at a women's publishing house, and when that ended I found my way into the world of PR where I could continue to write. I continue to freelance for magazines on the side, but have discovered that I needed to go back to my love of writing fiction. I am currently on maternity leave with my daughter, so I'm finally able to get down to it. She's also a great test audience for my work!

I have written several picture books and I'm also working on various YA projects. I'm eager to submit these and meet any interested agents and fellow writers.
