I was born and raised in Maine, spending my childhood summers digging randomly along the shores of Bar Harbor for buried pirate treasure. I was blissfully unaware that pirates seldom, if ever, ventured that far north. I received a B.A. in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University, and a Masters in Business Administration from GMU. After many years in private industry, I am now back in school (Purdue University) completing a PhD in finance. I am a volunteer for the Jump$tart Coalition, a public charity committed to improving financial literacy among U.S. youth. I have a stunning wife and five amazing kids.
