I'm a freelance writer, editor, and book doctor (of non-fiction works)--and author of The Banana Police (a children's picture book published by Willow Moon in 2012). I grew up in the Philadelphia
area, but after spending a year in Boston and eight years in New York City,
I moved to East Tennessee, where I've been living happily in the shadow of
the Great Smoky Mountains for the last two decades. My college-age daughter is
quite an accomplished writer herself, and our marvelous mutt Zephyr does
his bit for the family by keeping us safe from any of those tiny gray wolves
with the bushy tails who are foolish enough to scamper across our back yard.
