Kerry is a published children's picture book author. Her first book 'Can I Cuddle the Moon?' with Scholastc in April 2010 has just gone to reprint.
Her second book, Poppy Wash, is due out on the 1st November. The illustrator, Michelle Pike is Kerry's sister! This book is published through ABC/Harper Collins.

Kerry and Michelle have just launched their new business - Gooey Brown Pikelets - this is an exciting new format of literature workshopping that allows children to learn about the important and sometimes frustrating collaboration between author, illustrator and editor during the publishing process.

Kerry has a Masters degree in Education and is passionate about teaching children and early literacy skills.

She is currenlty co - director of a Kindergarten on the Gold Coast.

Her mantra is 'Imagination is Magical!'
