I am looking to Share an Idea based off of a Current Product for Non-Verbal Children, to Allow those Children to have a Voice and have something Durable and at a Reasonable price. Based off of P.E.C.S. (Picture Exchange Communications System) the Device will Offer Rudimentary Language to those Children without a Voice. This would be an In-between Tool and Something that they can take with them to any Place. The ISBN of the Book/Device is 0-7853-7005-6, The 'Play-a-Sound', 'Bob the Builder' Dry-Erase 'Wipe-Off Talking Activity Book'. This One Book can be Converted to Offer Non-Verbal People the Opportunity to Communicate with those around them, and in a Fashion that is Easily Understood. The Technology is already in place, and Minor Adjustments would need to be made to accommodate the Pictures and Words Necessary to Achieve the Needs of these Children. I have bought my Son a 'Touch-Screen' Device that had met the fate of the Floor and Ended up 'Non-Functional'. I feel that the Use of Something like the 'Bob the Builder' Book would be a less risky proposition for Parents such as I and would function as Needed for the Child. Thank-You
