Carol Alexander is the author of fiction and nonfiction books for young readers. Most recent titles include a series just for children with issues or disabilities, available as a set through The Brent Woodall Foundation for Exceptional Children or individually, by contacting the foundation. The books are titled JOSHUA'S PLACE, CONNECTING KAYLA, JAMIE'S PUZZLE, MEETING MEI MEI, AND DANNY, DOWN TO EARTH.
Carol Alexander's poetry can be found in print and internet journals including Avocet, Bluestem, Canary, The Commonline, Chiron Review, Eunoia Review, Mobius, Northwind Magazine, Numinous, Red Fez, Red River Review, OVS, Poetry Quarterly and Sugar Mule. New work is scheduled to appear Poetrybay, Poetica, and Ilya's Honey. Her work has also appeared in the anthologies Broken Circles, Joy Interrupted, The Storm is Coming, and Surrounded: Living with Islands.
Alexander's poetry chapbook, BRIDAL VEIL FALLS, (Flutter Press) was published in March 2013. It's available through Lulu.com.
