I write in every genre. My day job is writing for the health and wellness industry. My book "Calmer Waters: The Caregiver's Journey Through Alzheimer's and Dementia" is a resource guide for caregivers with dozens of tools and techniques for reducing stress, feeling happier and healthier, essays by spiritual leaders and caregivers, and my personal story about caring for my husband.
I am an award-winning poet, travel writer for AAA's EnCompass magazine.
Currently, I am working on marketing a children's picture book, and am writing a middle-grade historical novel.
When I am not writing, I can be found hiking in the beautiful Rocky Mountains or dancing salsa or tango.
