As you can see from my picture, I’m no smooth cheeked youngster. I’m a retired illustrator/graphic artist. I spent my whole life creating for someone else, and now, I’m creating for myself. I didn’t know I could write until I was forced to write ad copy because someone dropped the ball at deadline. I found that writing was as enjoyable as illustrating and kept at it. Since retirement I have written fifteen western novels and one humor. The process was fascinating, and I fed on it like and addict.
I’ve just finished illustrating a children’s picture book in partnership with a young and very talented lady. We’re hoping to find a publisher.
All my books are ebook only. That is my way of maintaining my hobbyist status.
