We have much in common - I play guitar too, and sometime sing my stories. I also perform with a shoulder puppet that works by a hidden line that runs down to my hand. He moves his head in a most lifelike manner. I tell people who ask what he is that he is a Gryphling. A gryphon is half lion, half eagle, of course, but he is "no but a cross between a sparrow and a pussycat". If they scratch him between the ears, they get a wee little crystal ball (an irridescent marble) that wards off bad dreams when they say the magic words, "All Is Well".
