Hello, again. I've been away a while. But I did want to get back to you with a little more on your third question. Medallion, Shield, and the third book (I have a owrking title but hesitate to tell it, as titles do change sometimes) make up a history (from Trave's great-grandparents to his own children) and separately bring forward the virtues of love, faith, and hope. And from those three the cardinal virtues of justice, wisdom and courage. And from those humilty, kindness, generosity, diligence, patience and discipline. Hi. Thank you for your kind note! In the large picture, Gris is a figure of God, and Trave is a rebel at first. Gris protects and provides for Trave even when the boy is far from worthy. When he acknowledges the authority of Gris, he begins to live worthy of his inheritance. It took me about twos this to actually write the book, but years of reading and listening prior to that. There is a prequel called Shield. And then, Lord willing, there will be a sequel. I will try to write more to you when I get back to my computer. This little phone is hard to write on. Thanks again.
