	dltaft said: I lucked up on this book during a children's literature course, but it is definately not for children. The story is full of wordplay and literary references. Set in a surreal version of 1985 Great Britain, the main character, Thursday Next, has to travel into fiction to rescue Jane Eyre when she is kidnapped by Acheron Hades.
