TR, THE TUNDRA SWAN'S AMAZING JOURNEY is the exciting story of a young swan's attempt to begin her migration after being trapped in an oil pit. The story is based on the experiences of the author, John Jopling, who participated as a volunteer at a United States Wildlife Refuge Center in Maryland. He was asked to track"TR"in her migration by satellite tracking devices after she was rescued and released. This entertaining and amazing story shows the tremendous efforts of the staff and volunteers of the Wildlife Refuge Centers in the United States to rescue and rehabilitate our wildlife to insure their survival.
