Pamela Joy Licatino�s inspiring book An Angel for Joey depicts the emotional, physical and psychological struggles of a young boy who suffers this debilitating condition. This book tells a moving and inspiring story about a little boy who not only lost his dad through sickness, but also lost his ability to speak. As Joey and his mother relocate to a new home, he finds himself having difficulty making new friends. All that changed when one day, a new family moves in next door, along with a boy who is Joey's age. Miracles begin to transpire as Joey is able to speak again.
