Deep within the Amazon Rainforest, two leafcutter ants and one tenacious little beetle are embarking on an adventure. They have decided to climb the tallest tree in all the forest - which is no easy task for a tiny insect.

The small band is seeking out an old, and extremely sagely tree frog named `the Guru.� Raindrop, the somewhat stubborn ant in charge of the expedition, urges her friends on. She has more questions than she count about the nature of life, and more importantly, why ants in the village keep on disappearing.

Little Clay, the only non-ant in the group, has a few doubts about the climb, and leafcutters in general. He's also worried about getting left behind. With the onset of night, and the dangers it brings, it�s uncertain if Raindrop and her friends will get the answers they so desperately desire.
