Looking around the table as the girls happily chatted, I sat quietly amazed. If this many attractive and talented, women were single, I had to ask, "WHY?"

The conversation turned to the married folks that assume these single ladies have chosen the solo path in life. In the minds of the paired up set, they might be thinking that these single gals have turned men down left and right. That these solo sisters, in fact, prefer single status over married. But as the girls announced: that could not be farther from the truth.

Most, if not all the gals who sat before me, had NEVER even been the recipient of a proposal! That night, returning home, I wrote in my laptop until 2:00 am. The next day, I continued writing.
