From the supplier: The activity levels of third-grade children during physical education classes were studied in line with the Child and Adolescent Trial for Cardiovascular Health program. The study was performed using the System for Observing Fitness Instruction Time observation and data analysis methodology. The results underscore the need to modify physical education programs to provide children with the right quantity and quality of physical activity to keep them healthy.
