From the supplier: The FutureKids learning center in Dublin, CA, is teaching its students more than computing skills. The center is using Electronic Arts Inc's EA Kids Div's Video Jam multimedia software to create animated videos with sound, special effects, motion and characters. Children learn to use multimedia components to create, edit and publish compositions. The program can be used by any age group, from kindergarten on up. Most words are color coded and the program does not require many reading skills. The students enjoy the basic music selections, which range from classical to rock. The children can save their creations on disk and take them home to share with friends and family. The students' creations can be played without loading Video Jam on the display computer.
